From the beginning of the year, the cost of training, retraining and skills development of employees of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division amounted to 2.3 million rubles

Over the last three years IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division has had a tendency to increase the share of employees with higher (two higher) or vocational secondary education. Improvement in the quality of the staff on the basis of the present feature is associated with increased work results for search and recruitment of qualified personnel, and organization of receiving vocational training by employees on the job.

In H1 2012 758 people had their training, retraining and professional development. Training was carried out both at work and out of work. Employees of Kostromaenergo receive professional knowledge while learning at such educational institutions as “Power Engineering College of Kostroma after F.V. Chizhov”, “Kostroma Center of production control and labour safety”, Society “Knowledge of Russia”, Institute for Advanced Studies of Ivanovo State Power Engineering University and others. 2.3 million rubles were spent on staff training in the first half year.

Further in the second quarter of 2012 the courses were held on “Production Management in the distribution grid complex” for 20 young professionals of Kostromaenergo. 18 workers, included in the personnel reserve of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division, took part in training sessions on management skills.

“We pay special attention to improving the qualifications of operation and maintenance and operation and technical staff, — says Head of Human Resources Office of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division Nadezhda Muravyova. — Maintaining a high level of staff is a priority of the personnel policy in Kostromaenergo.”
