IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division summarized the work in the field of customer service


The branch held a meeting during which the management of Voronezhenergo with deputy chiefs of Districts of Electrical Networks announced the results of the branch in the area of ​​customer service for the first half of 2012. In the first six months of 2012 IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division received about 28 thousand customers.

Deputy Director for development and sale of services of the branch Nadezhda Tambovtseva stressed the importance of strict planning of preventive maintenance work for eliminating and preventing causes of complaints about power quality, timeliness of processing of customer requests, timely execution of contracts for technological connection. She noted that Voronezhenergo annually improves the work of Customer Service Centers, perfecting the process of receiving applications from consumers for technological connection to the electricity grid, installation and replacement of meters. It should be noted that during the reporting period, the branch received more than 5.3 thousand applications for technological connection to the networks of the branch, which accounted for 19% of the total number of requests.

Head of marketing and value added services of the branch Roman Tolstolutsky recalled that following the results of the first half of 2012 Voronezhenergo received over 10 thousand applications for the provision of additional services, which accounted for 38.6% of the total number of requests. The most popular of the additional services are maintenance of in-house networks, installation and replacement of electricity metering systems, design, construction, operation, repair of street lighting networks, maintenance of electrical networks of 110-0.4 kV etc.

“Most of the requests to the branch go through Districts of Electrical Networks, which is around 66% of the total number. Electricity consumers also come more and more often to Customer Service Centres and use the services of the Direct Power Hot Line at 8-800-115-50-50”, — said Head of customer relations of Voronezhenergo Sergey Maximov.
