Every year the number of electricity consumers visiting IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division increases. In the first half the branch executed about 10 000 contracts for the provision of additional services. In total 11 000 requests were accepted for this matter.
The most popular of the additional services of Voronezhenergo still remains the service “Design of measurement systems, installation, replacement and commissioning of metering systems”. 44% of more than 11,000 replaced meters from the total number in the Voronezh region were replaced by the employees of IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division.
Voronezhenergo is also developing a service to perform work within the competence of the client in implementing the procedure for technological connection. According to experts, this service makes it easy to applicants to implement projects of technological connection: the branch’s staff quickly and accurately solves many problems of consumers related to their additional responsibilities while executing the grid connection.
“For example, under a contract with the municipal enterprise ‘Voronezhgorsvet’ in the first half of the year the first stage of developing a network of outdoor lighting on the outskirts of Voronezh was completed. And within the governor’s program for the development of street lighting networks the work is being performed in districts of the Voronezh region”- said Head of marketing and additional services Section Roman Tolstolutskiy.
