Tver power engineers of IDGC of Centre were thanked

For prompt assistance rendered in the liquidation of emergency power outages, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Tver Region Sergey Rogozin expressed his gratitude to Head of IDGC of Centre — Tverenergo Alexander Eyst.

In July, in the city of Tver in the street of Veselov a hurricane, accompanied by squally wind, caused the fall of two trees blocking the roadway and and breaking the wires of a power line. The check was organized by Section of power lines Service of Tver production base with the assistance of Section Master Andrey Chizhov.

The power lines Service quickly located the fault, and power engineers immediately proceeded to perform emergency and restoration activities. In a few hours after the removal of trees from the wires the 35kV overhead line Trans-Volga-North-1 was put into operation. Reliable electricity supply to customers had been restored.

Sergey Rogozin highly appreciated the professionalism of the power engineers.
