Employees of Bryanskenergo told residents of Karachevsky district about additional services

Employees of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division held a visiting roundtable discussion on the provision of additional services for businesses of Karachevsky district of the Bryansk region. The event was held in the building of the Karachevsky District of Electrical Networks.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the city administration of Karachev, municipal enterprises, rural settlements, legal persons and individual entrepreneurs.

Chief of the Karachevsky District of Electrical Networks Konstantine Dolgushkin addressed to the guests with opening words. He briefed the audience about the core services provided by the branch to its customers. Particular attention was paid to the additional services, which Bryanskenergo also provides to residents of the Bryansk region.

Head of marketing and additional services Section of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division Irina Nikishina told the round the table guests that the list of additional services, which the branch provides to the public at the moment, includes ten types of services. The most popular in the last year was the service for replacement, installation and testing of electricity meters.

This year the branch has started providing services in support of the grid connection. Bryanskenergo undertakes to perform the obligations of a customer in accordance with issued specifications as provided by the grid connection contract. The branch at the customer’s request may provide this service as a complete package or individual parts.

Then Irina Nikishina reminded the audience on how to make a contract for the provision of additional services and that the information on the services rendered by Bryanskenergo can be found in the offices of the Customer Service Centre at: Bryansk, Soviet Street, 35; Klintsy, Zaitsev pereulok, 7; Pochep Starodubskaya Street, 27.
