The first round of the soccer championship of the Kursk region has finished. The soccer team of Kurskenergo is leading not having lost a single match in eight matches. Among the losers in the first round — the last year’s champion team “Magnet” from Mikhailovsky GOK.
Nine teams are taking part in the regional championship representing major companies and organizations of the region.
“The players of the team of power engineers has changed this year, we have chosen a new coach. The changes have been beneficial for the team, — noted Chairman of the trade union committee of IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division Nikolay Kalinin. — By September our guys will play other eight games. Of course, we hope to win, especially as our team was a regional soccer champion in 2010”.
