Smolenskenergo was awarded a "Certificate of trust to the employer"

Deputy Head — Deputy chief state labour inspector in the Smolensk region (OSH), Alexander Fedorov, solemnly presented a “Certificate of trust to the employer” to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division director Sabir Agamaliyev.

“Presenting such a significant award proves once again that the observance of legislation on labour protection in the branch is at a high level. We will continue to take all necessary measures to ensure decent and safe working conditions of employees”, — stressed Sabir Agamaliyev.

For several years the State Labour Inspectorate in the Smolensk region with the participation of the Smolensk Chamber of Commerce and the Public Organization “Smolensk regional association of trade union organizations” has been implementing the project “The declaration of the company’s activity to implement the labour rights of employees and employers”. The main objectives of the project are to achieve a qualitatively new level of health protection of employees, ensuring safe working conditions, increasing the credibility of organizations of the Smolensk region in the labour market.

To pass the qualifying stage of the project the organization sent to the State inspection of labour protection in the Smolensk region its declaration statement, which was considered for the information compliance with requirements of the labour laws. IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division successfully passed that stage and was listed in the Register of employers complying with guaranteed labour rights of employees.

— gratuitous advice on labour law regulations;

— no routine inspections of compliance with the requirements of labour legislation.
