A roadshow for consumers was held in Smolenskenergo

In the Roslavlsky District of Electrical Networks of IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division a meeting with clients and potential consumers of services of the Company was held. The main purpose of the event is to explain customers the rules of grid connection.

Engineer of category 2 of grid connection Office Andrey Balykin spoke at the round table with a presentation on the grid connection procedure. During the event residents of Roslavlsky district received all the needed information on the grid connection to networks of Smolenskenergo and other services provided by the branch. Customers were able to set their questions to the speaker, to ask for clarification of their further actions on the connection of specific facilities.

"The purpose of our road show - to explain consumers the legal requirements for grid connections, to tell in which cases the grid connection procedure is necessary, its main stages, the method of application, what documents should be submitted when filing an application, the procedure to enter into a contract for grid connection to the network, which activities according to the specifications the applicant must perform", - stressed Andrey Balykin.

The event was attended by 14 participants - all of them are individuals who have filed an application to have a connection the grid.

"Customer focus is a priority for IDGC of Centre in general and the Smolensk branch in particular. That's why our goal - conducting regular round tables, awareness seminars, open doors days and field events. At such meetings we tell customers about additional services of the branch, answer their questions. The expected effect of the recent event - no complaints from customers who have applied from 1 April 2012"- explained Head of Customer Interaction Office of Smolenskenergo Alexander Wojciechowski.
