Lipetskenergo is among the best enterprises of social partnership of the region

Rewarding representatives of IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division, which became one of the winners in the competition "The collective agreement, the efficiency of production - the basis of the protection of social and labor rights of citizens", was held in the administration of the Lipetsk region.

The event was attended by 20 companies from cities and districts of different forms of ownership that achieved notable successes in the development of social partnership. The companies were evaluated in five categories: for the development of modern payment system, for creating a system of labour protection and the best working conditions, for achievements in training and retraining, for effective implementation of social programs, for efficient management and ensuring the interests of the workforce. Lipetskenergo was the best in the nomination for the effective implementation of social programs in 2011. Together with the other winners the branch will be listed in the book "Working glory of the Lipetsk region". For winning the contest and achieving in comprehensive solving the production, economic and social tasks in 2011, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division director Alexander Konanykhin was awarded the Diploma of Regional Council of Deputies and the administration of the region.

Social policy is one of the priorities of IDGC of Centre. Continuous improvement of work in the regulation of social work and related economic relations contributes to solving social problems of employees and pensioners of the branch.

Behind the high estimate of Lipetskenergo in this area there are a number of successful social programs and activities that make up the employment benefits. The main elements of the social package in the branch are: collective bargaining; non-governmental pension program for employees; rewarding employees with state, departmental and corporate awards in accordance with the approved terms; program to improve the living conditions of employees; holding mass cultural, corporate, sporting and recreational activities, parades, contests and competitions.

An important area of the social policy of the branch in 2011 remained the financial support of pensioners. 13 million rubles were spent to finance the program of the non-state pension provision in the past year.

Much attention was paid to the traditional health improvement program for employees and their families. In 2011, all interested employees were given vouchers to medical treatment facilities and children's camps. Reimbursement of employees for the purchase of vouchers for a spa and resort treatment and health improvement was 1.2 million rubles. In addition, thanks to the additional health insurance, each employee of the branch was able to get a number of medical services in the best clinics in the region.

A special place is taken by mass cultural, sports and recreational activities, including participation in Spartakiads of IDGC of Centre, holding festivals and art competitions, dedicated to professional and All-Russian public holidays. Primary trade union organization of the branch, Youth and Veterans’ Councils take an active part in organizing such events.

"The high level of protection of employees of Lipetskenergo promotes stable operation of the enterprise and provides a further increase in the effectiveness of its business to secure power supply to consumers in the region", - stressed Head of Human Resources Office of the branch Ekaterina Mushnikova.
