During the first three months of 2012 Kurskenergo received over 11,000 customers

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the customer relationship management in the first quarter of 2012. From January to March all the structures of Kurskenergo working with customers received 11,879 requests from residents of Kursk and the Kursk region. Most often, consumers requested the provision of additional services - 1577 applications, grid connection - 464 requests, on the power supply issues - 127 requests and other matters - 655 requests.

The main services of the branch are electricity transmission and grid connection. In addition to the core activities the branch provides a wide range of additional services such as installation, replacement and testing of meters, grid connection support, operation and maintenance of power facilities, operation of street lighting networks.

At the beginning of the construction season the grid connection service of houses and construction sites to electricity networks remains the most demanded. Since the beginning of 2012 688 requests have already been received from consumers about the connection of such facilities to electric networks of the branch. "Potential customers of the branch are mostly individual developers. There all the necessary resources to supply power to this category of consumers. The work of the mobile Customer Service Centre was set in order to perform registration of applications directly on sites"- explained Head of customer interactions Office of IDGC of Centre –Kurskenergo division Marina Naboka.
