Operator of Operation and Technology Group of Dobrovsky district of IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division Sergey Luchshev was brought to the Hall of Fame of the Lipetsk region, the opening ceremony of which was held on May 1, 2012.

Sergey is one of the 30 workers of the region who achieved the highest results in their work in 2011. His success is determined by the high level of professionalism, based on 25 years of experience in the energy sector. Working in Lipetskenergo, Sergey Luchshev has made a significant contribution to the development of the distribution network complex of the region.

In the service area of the power engineer is distribution networks equipment control of Dobrovsky district, including 1450 kilometers of 0.4-10 kV Conductor, 470 Package Transformer Substations 10/0.4 kV. His main professional task is to maintain power equipment operation modes, providing the specified conditions of power supply of consumers and power system stability. In performing his work, he promptly responds to any deviation in the operation of power equipment and properly organizes their removal. So, thanks to Sergey Luchshev in 2010 the power supply of the socially significant facility of the district was restored as soon as possible that was interrupted with heavy snowfall, and in December 2011 — the electricity supply of several villages left without electricity due to the icy rain was restored as well.

The merits of Sergey Luchshev in the development of the fuel-energy complex in 2009 were distinguished with the Letter of Gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
