IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division took first place in the regional contest for the best organization and conduct of military registration and reservation of citizens who are in reserve for 2011. The contest is held each year in order to improve quality in organizations of the region working for military registration in accordance with the decision of the Governor of the Belgorod region № 154 of July 12, 2004 “On approval of the Program of stable functioning of the state system of military registration and reservation”.
Military registration and reservations are made in accordance with the Regulations on military registration, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation № 719 of November 27, 2006 and the Rules of the reservation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation № 156 of March 17, 2010.
All military service personnel in the territory of the Belgorod region are subject to military registration in the branch. Registration and reservations are made in close cooperation with district departments of the regional military commissariat. Staff of the branch, who are responsible for maintaining the military registration and reservation, sends timely information about changes in the size and staffing of personnel, who are military registered, explains the procedure for the performance of their military service requirements on mobilization preparation and mobilization, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In addition, last year command-mobilization trainings were held regularly in Belgorodenergo, the military commissariat checked the status of military registration, reservation and execution of military transport duties twice.
