Lipetskenergo summed up the activities of its Customer Service Centres for 2011

Last year the Customer Service Centres (CSC) of IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division received 13,829 requests from individuals and legal entities. This figure is 13.6% more than in 2010, indicating that services of the Customer Service Centres are in demand.

Customers’ satisfaction with the CSC work is testified by the results of a monthly survey conducted for the purpose of obtaining feedback to improve the quality of services. In 2011, customers marked the professionalism of staff, convenient operation schedule, completeness and accessibility of consultations provided. 143 customers also marked their satisfaction with the Lipetskenergo CSC staff members work.

Lipetskenergo offers consumers of the Lipetsk region a wide range of additional services: design, construction, repair and commissioning of power lines and transformer substations; installation, replacement, inspection of meters; operation and maintenance of power lines and transformer substations; installation of external power supply; testing equipment , electric protection gear and others.
