On February 28 the honorary date — the 75th anniversary — was celebrated by the veteran of IDGC of Centre — Tverenergo division Harry Lamakin, who headed the Tver power system from 1985 to 1998.
With the important event Harry was congratulated by IDGC of Centre — Tverenergo division director Alexander Eyst:" This is a significant date, symbolizing stability, experience and wisdom. All the work activity of Harry is continuously linked with the Tver power system. He devoted many years to the honorable and responsible profession. The veteran of the utilities industry had his career in the Tver power system from 1959 from the master of Redkinsky high voltage section of Kalinin Electrical Networks to General Director of Regional Energy Office “Kalininenergo”. He made a significant contribution to the development of the power system of the Tver (Kalinin) region, showed high level of professionalism and deep knowledge of the utilities operation.
Harry Lamakin ensured goal-oriented work of the whole team of OJSC “Tverenergo” (Regional Energy Office “Kalininenergo”) for the implementation of reliable electricity supply of consumers in the Tver region. Under his leadership, Tverenergo successfully developed in accordance with the modern requirements of the society and utilities industry, performed active construction of new facilities.
Currently, Harry is an honorary retiree of IDGC of Centre — Tverenergo division, as well as a member of the Veterans’ Council of the Company and is actively involved in public affairs of the organization.
