Three years to meet the customers’ demand

Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division in Danilov is three years old. For this event an Open Doors Day and a round table related to technological connection (TC), installation of meters and additional services of the Company was held at the CSC.

The events to mark the good round figure were attended by Head of customer interaction Office of Yarenergo Elena Sosnina, Chief of Danilov District of Electrical Networks Andrey Bykov, Head of the CSC Svetlana Lapshina, residents and legal entities.

The specialists of the branch held for the residents of Danilov a tour inside the Centre, spoke about its work and principles of customer service of Yarenergo. During the round table the guests got the answers to all their questions of interest. The main topics for discussion were how to connect to the grid, the documents necessary for technological connection, features and advantages of smart meters.

During its operation 7324 customers called the CSC of Danilov, with 93% of calls received from residents. Specialists of the Center conducted 4839 consultations related to clarification of the procedure of documents filing, implementation of the TC procedure and additional services. 1979 applications were taken for processing in various fields of Yarenergo activity. Most customers (5779) used the services of the branch during their personal visit to the CSC, and almost 1,500 people applied by the phone.
