The volume of Voronezhenergo procurement in 2011 amounted to more than 3 billion rubles

For the past 12 months of 2011 IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division made 483 purchases of goods and services in the amount of over 3 billion rubles. Commercial efficiency of the procurement was more than 382 million rubles.

To ensure a broad competitive environment for suppliers of goods and services over 80.2% of the total number of purchases was made by open bidding. According to Deputy Chief of logistics and material support Office Vladimir Pracha, this method makes it possible to make the most efficient deals.

«Most of the purchases of products, works and services, made by the branch in 2011, were aimed at the realization of works on investment and maintenance of the Company. Within the framework of the investing activities the branch conducted 262 purchases of over 2.8 billion rubles, and as part of the repair program Voronezhenergo spent about 317 million rubles», — said Vladimir Pracha.

According to the results of the competitive procedures the branch made contracts with Svyazenergomontazh MO Company LLC to perform construction works on the technical re-equipment of substation No.45 and the reconstruction of the overhead power line of 10-0,4 kV. Chuvashenergosetremont, JSC received the right to conclude a contract for works on the reconstruction of the overhead power line of 10-0,4 kV. Moscow Company Promgasengineering, CJSC was given the right to contract for execution of works on the reconstruction of overhead power lines with the expansion of ROWs.
