In 2011 Lipetskenergo allocated 116.3 million rubles to implement the repair program

IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division carried out its plan of repair work in 2011 in full. The financial volume of the program amounted to about 116.3 million rubles that is 6% higher than in 2010. These funds were allocated for the repair of 135 10/0,4 kV package transformer substations; major overhaul of 17 35/110 kV substations and current element-by-element repair of 61 substations of 35/110 kV and 1091.66 km of power lines of 0.4-110 kV, and the replacement of 2019 power line poles.

In the course of the repair program implementation a special attention was paid to the improvement of reliability of power lines, a significant component of which was clearing of ROWs along overhead power lines. For 2011 421.51 hectares of ROWs along overhead lines were cleared from tree and shrub seedlings.

A distinctive feature of the repair work of the branch in the past year was a shift to the planning of equipment repairs on the basis of the calculation of the health index on the SAP/R3 platform. Such planning, which involves the creation of an automated power equipment list, ranged in accordance with the health indices, allows to have a more detailed and qualitative formation of the repair program.

«In 2012 128 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of the repair program. Its high quality and timely fulfillment is an essential condition of reliable operation of the electric grid in the region», — stressed Deputy Director for Technical Issues — Chief Engineer of the branch Alexander Kornilov.
