More customers contacted IDGC of Center – Tambovenergo division with requests

Year by year the number of consumers, who contact IDGC of Center — Tambovenergo division increases. For 2011 Tambovenergo specialists considered 18, 832 requests from customers. In comparison with 2010 this figure was exceeded by 2, 754 requests (about 15%). This increase in the number of requests is an evidence of improvement of the service quality.

The most popular and relevant service is replacement of electricity meters. Over ten thousand applications came for examination, replacement and installation of electricity meters. That is 72.5 % of the total number of the contracts for metering devices.

Works on modernization and maintenance of street lighting networks, maintenance of power lines in a proper technical condition are socially significant. The number of customers’ requests concerning the installation of street lighting also increased. For 2011 69 contracts were signed that is by 42 contracts more than in 2010.

With the development of the region Tambovenergo receives requests from customers on the removal of restrictions on the use of land (utilities network relocation).

In 2011 on the site of Customer Service Centers different events were regularly conducted to inform customers about the services provided by IDGC of Center — Tambovenergo division, about changes in legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as round tables with participation of heads of municipalities on the modernization of street lighting.

Creation of a positive opinion in a business environment, informing clients about the possibilities and options for additional services, prevention of electrical equipment theft are important tasks that have a priority when working with customers.
