In 2011 Belgorodenergo spent more than 198 million rubles on repair of power facilities

09.02.2012

In 2011, IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division fully implemented its annual repair program having spent 198.9 million rubles on it. Power engineers repaired more than 4.2 thousand km of 0,4-110 kV power lines, equipment of 1021 transformer substation of 0.4-10 kV voltage and 91 substations of 35-110 kV voltage.

The major facilities of the repair program were the 110 kV substation “Skorodnoye” and “Mine” as well as the 110 kV overhead power lines “Ray-Cheremoshnoye” and “Alexandrovka — Aydar”.

In recent years, the repair program of the branch has been being implemented with an integrated approach, which provides for the maximum amount of repair work on a separate line or substation. A program is created using an electronic database of power grid facilities. The source of information, according to Deputy Chief Engineer — Chief of productive assets management center of Belgorodenergo Alexander Chumachenko, is diagnostics data: “This approach allows the formation of repairs to achieve the most effective results, minimizing the risks associated with the power outages. Last year, the number of outages, caused by failures in the power equipment, declined by 47%”.

To date, the Plant Maintenance module has the entered information about over 2.5 million pieces of equipment on the basis of which the repair program of Belgorodenergo was formed for 2012. It is planned to spend more than 211 million rubles on its implementation.

No less important aspect of the program of repairs of the branch is the ROWs clearing along 0,4-110 kV power lines from tree and shrub seedlings. During the year, maintenance crews made the clearing of vegetation over a thousand hectares of ROWs along overhead power lines. This year it is planned to clear and extend about 900 thousand hectares of ROWs along 0,4-110 kV overhead power lines.
