IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo concluded a cooperation agreement with the regional office of All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium Enterprises «OPORA Russia».
The cooperation of the branch and «OPORA Russia» began in November 2009 with the signing of the first agreement on cooperation, which expired in 2011. The new agreement, like the previous one, aims at supporting and developing businesses in the Smolensk region.
The subject of the agreement is the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, improving electricity customer service, simplifying the procedure of documents processing and reducing the time of execution of connection of consumers to the electric grid of IDGC of Centre in Smolensk.
The bilateral cooperation is also aimed at the organization of operation and maintenance of electrical installations of customers to ensure the quality of reliability of power supply and cost optimization.
For several years the parties have had their fruitful cooperation in the conclusion of contracts for electricity transmission, in matters of tariff regulation in order to develop mutually beneficial decisions, in assistance in the preparation of regulatory documents on the services provided.
Employees of «OPORA Russia» undertook their obligation to provide information on plans for the development of small and medium-sized businesses throughout the Smolensk region.
