In the Kursk region the regional round of the All-Russian Contest “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” was summed up. IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division is in the top three companies in the region in the nomination “For the development of human resources in organizations of the production sphere”. Governor of the Kursk region Alexander Mikhailov gave the Diploma to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division director Alexander Pilyugin.
The activities of enterprises and organizations were estimated on the basis of the effectiveness of the system of human resource management, training methods, formation and development of corporate culture. Working closely with institutions of higher and secondary vocational education was also taken into account.
Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre performs a set of measures for keeping and efficient development of human resources. On the site of Training centre for operators the staff of Kurskenergo regularly takes training and skills development. In 2011, 1456 employees of the branch had their training in the Centre. Specialists of the branch have their training in additional specialties, the basics of industrial safety and occupational health on sites of Kursk educational institutions. In 2011, 1127 employees had such training. The competence of employees is regularly assessed during certification activities, the work on the transfer of knowledge has been organized, a mentoring institution has been developed and work with the personnel reserve is being conducted.
IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division has established close partnerships with trade union organizations in the region, which pay great attention to cultural and sports activities. Annually with the support of the primary trade union organization the branch conducts a review of amateur performance of employees, the children’s art contest “Light rays”, the children’s drawing competition dedicated to Day of Power Engineers, sporting events and landmark calendar dates are celebrated.

Its main task is the identification of Russian organizations seeking high performance in solving social issues, study and dissemination of their experiences and development of forms of social partnership.
