The best commissioner for occupational safety of Belgorodenergo has been determined

The results of the annual review competition for the title of “The Best Commissioner for Occupational Safety” have been summed up, which is an initiative of the trade union committee of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division.

The main task of the commissioner for labour protection is monitoring the state of occupational safety in Districts of Electrical Networks, ensuring healthy and safe working conditions of staff that comply with rules and regulations of occupational safety.

Winners of the review competition were announced at the commission meeting with the participation of management and union committee of the branch. The best commissioner for occupational safety was Master of Northern site of diagnostics service of the branch Yury Kalinin. Second place went to Master of a crew for operating distribution networks of Rakityansky DEN of Belgorodenergo Alexey Mikhailenko. Third place awarded Electrician for operating distribution networks of Prokhorovky DEN of the branch Pavel Malykhin. Best commissioners for occupational safety were awarded diplomas and money prizes.

“Efficient use of commissioners for occupational safety guarantees employees’ interests representation in establishing a constructive dialogue between employees and employers on workers’ occupational safety and contributes to the creation of the organization of safe working conditions”, — stressed technical labor inspector of Belgorod regional organization of the Public Association — “All-Russian Electric Trade Union” Lyudmila Sergeyeva.
