Team-headquarters emergency training exercises with the administration of the municipal-level territorial subsystem of a unified state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations played an important role in the audit. In addition, the commission examined management of regulations for the prevention and protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergency situations, compliance with Federal laws “On fire safety”, “On protection of population and territories from natural and man-made
emergency situations”.
The commission named Valuisky District of Electrical Networks branch of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division the best by all major indicators. On the basis of the District of Electrical Networks was organized a rescue team of energy supply in the Valuisk district. Its employees demonstrated an excellent academic training and practical skills to complete tasks. Off-duty emergency technical team of the service under the guidance of senior master of Valuisky District of Electrical Networks Sergey Arkhipenko arrived at the venue on time in full force, equipped in accordance with the requirements of EMERCOM.
Assistant head of the territorial body of the EMERCOM Chief directorate in the Belgorod region, a committee chairman Oleg Kuderov in his speech noted a high quality of operational and organizational planning of documents of the rescue team, competent action to alert the staff of the District of Electrical Networks and rapid interaction with the unified duty and dispatch service.
