A series of seminars for representatives of OPORA Russia was held in Smolenskenergo

As part of a cooperation agreement with the regional office of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium Businesses OPORA Russia on the site of Safonovsky District of Electrical Networks (DEN) of IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division a seminar for business representatives of the Smolensk region was held. It was attended by representatives of small and medium-sized businesses Safonovsky, Dorogobuzhsky, Holm-Zhirkovsky, Yartsevsky and Dukhovschinsky districts.

Businessmen were interested in the law and power industry, power supply for businesses, internal audit of small and medium enterprises in accordance with legislative requirements. Experts of the branch told about modern metering devices, as well as the energy certificate of an office.

Such events contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in the Smolensk region. The cooperation of the branch and OPORA Russia started in November 2009 with the signature of the first agreement on cooperation. Several years of fruitful cooperation in concluding agreements for electricity delivery, tariff regulation in order to develop mutually beneficial solutions, and other issues as well as assisting in the preparation of regulatory documents on services provided. Round tables, meetings and seminars can discuss topical issues of business persons and power industry.

Until the end of the year these seminars will be held for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in Vyazma, Gagarin, Roslavl, and Rudnya and Pochinok districts of the Smolensk region. IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division plans to hold such meetings during the next year as the basis for the executive office of the branch and the Customer Service Centre in Smolensk and in districts of the region.
