The demand for additional services of Bryanskenergo is growing


For ten months of 2011 IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division has filed 9120 requests for the provision of additional services, signed 7774 contract for the provision of additional services totaling 38.83 million rubles. This indicator is 2625 contracts more than the same period last year.

Companies and individuals — owners of overhead and cable lines, transformer substations, who have no trained electricians, transfer their electrical facilities to be serviced by Bryanskenergo. For 10 months of 2011, revenues from the provision of this service have reached 9.50 million rubles. In the second place — replacing electricity meters — 7.30 million rubles, the third — repair of electrical equipment — 6.76 million rubles.

According to Head of customer relationship management Office of the division Ivan Tikhomirov, the main principle of the Customer Service Centre operation is an individual approach to each client, who has addressed to Bryanskenergo.
