Belgorodenergo has strengthened the dialogue between staff and management

November 28 an agreement was signed between IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division, Belgorod regional public organization “Belgorod regional association of trade union organizations” and Belgorod regional organization of Public Association —"All-Russian Electric Utilities Trade Union“. The aim of the cooperation is to exchange experience in the field of social and labor relations and its implementation in joint projects and programs. Implementation of provisions of the agreement will have a positive impact on improving the social protection of employees of the division.

Under the agreement, the parties intend to develop common approaches to solving issues of social policy, working closely in the implementation of a coordinated information policy, including activities at the national and regional levels.

Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division director Victor Filatov thanked the regional association of trade unions for long-term cooperation and stressed that the agreement will strengthen the dialogue between staff and management of the division.

Chairman of Belgorod regional public organization “Belgorod regional association of trade union organizations” Nikolay Shatalov noted: “The agreement signature demonstrates that Belgorodenergo fully complies with the social partnership law. Now we will have closer and more fruitful work, providing employees with additional benefits and social security and thereby improving the quality of life in the Belgorod region”.

In turn, Chairman of Belgorod regional organization of Public Association “All-Russian Electric Utilities Trade Union” Anatoly Androsovich noted that IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division is actively working on the development of social partnership, fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the labour contract, protection of rights and interests of employees, creation of normal work and rest conditions for them. Management of the division has repeatedly won thanks from Employees’ Union for the creation of favorable conditions for trade union activity, and Belgorod regional organization of the Public Association — “All-Russian Electric Utilities Trade Union” is winner of the regional contest for the best organization of work to motivate union membership.
