The number of customer requests is growing in Voronezhenergo

For nine months 2011 IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division has received more than 44 thousand customer requests, which is almost twice higher than that for the same period in 2010.

During the reporting period the division has received over 5 000 requests for technological connections to the grid of the division, which is 24.6% more than the same period last year. The growth in the number of customer requests is due to high rates of construction and development of suburban areas of Voronezh.

Consumers, who have visited IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division in 2011, are also interested in providing additional services. Totally the division has received more than 20 000 calls for services on the replacement, installation and testing of electricity meters. A number of consumers have applied to power engineers for the implementation of activities related to testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment and removal of electrical networks, owned by consumers. In total, more than 24 thousand customers have requested Voronezhenergo to provide additional services.

“For this year on sites of Customer Service Centers of the division events have been regularly held regarding technological connections, energy conservation and energy efficiency. In October, a seminar was held in Voronezhenergo for large consumers on conclusion of direct contracts. Voronezhsky Customer Service Center has received its 15 thousandth visitor. In addition, this month the division has extended the cooperation agreement with the regional office of the Russian public organization ‘Support of Russia’, which aims at interaction of the parties in order to increase reliability of power supply of facilities and small and medium enterprises”, — said Head of the Customer Service Center of the division Elena Nemirovich-Danchenko.
