Students of Gubkin branch of Moscow State Open University visited IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division. 17 power engineering students from various courses came to a meeting with power engineers.
HR Head of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division Lyudmila Demina told the students of primary and secondary activities of the division, personnel and social policy, working conditions and social protection of power engineers. Students were shown a video presentation of applied innovations and energy saving projects of IDGC of Centre.
The guests visited the newly opened Center for Energy Efficiency in Belgorodenergo, Grid Control Center, performing continuous monitoring of operation modes of electrical facilities, Contact Center and Customer Service Centre.
5th year student Sergey Frolov, who majors in “Power supply”, noted: “I am amazed at the extent of the activities of IDGC of Center, focus on working with customers and attention to its staff. Each year, the Company everywhere retrofits its equipment and implements some innovations aimed, among other things, at energy efficiency. It’s nice that power engineers cooperate with our university and are interested in us as some personnel reserve and in the future I would like to work here”.
Currently 172 graduates of Gubkin branch of Moscow State Open University, 57 of them at managerial positions work at IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division.
