Kursk power engineers of IDGC of Centre have signed a cooperation agreement with trade union organizations of the Kursk region

The trilateral agreement on cooperation has been concluded between IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division, the Kursk regional trade union of Public Association “All-Russian Electric Utilities Trade Union” and the Federation of trade unions of the Kursk region.

Under the Agreement the parties intend to collaborate on the study of international, national, regional experience in the field of social and labor relations, implementation of joint projects in the field of social development.

Chairman of the Federation of trade unions of the Kursk region Igor Mikryukov noted: “The signed document will have a positive impact on social security to more than 2,500 power engineers — union members of Kurskenergo division.

Care of employees has always been a priority for Kurskenergo. In 2009 the Kursk division of the Company won the regional competition “Taking care of people” in the category “Social support of the staff”. Last year Kurskenergo received the Certificate of Trust to Employer certifying that the enterprise complies with the labor rights of employees.
