Trade union organization of Smolenskenergo is ready to cooperate

A cooperation agreement was signed between IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division, Smolensk regional association of trade unions and the Smolensk Regional Organization of the Public Association -“All-Russian Electric Utilities Trade Union”.

The agreement regulates the relationship between the division and the union, determines the order of joint activities to achieve strategic objectives and the formation of new system approaches for the implementation of an effective social policy of Smolenskenergo. The priority of cooperation is the accumulation of the Russian and regional experiences in the sphere of social and labor relations.

The parties plan to cooperate in the field of international and Russian experience in social and labor relations and the implementation of it in joint projects and programs in the field of social development. The work will allow you to develop joint programs, organize and carry out activities that meet the interests of the parties, develop common approaches to the social policy.

Forms of cooperation will be the participation of representatives in the organization of national and regional activities, mutual consultations and others. In the course of cooperation working groups, coordinating councils to send their representatives to participate in events held by another party may be established.
