Members of the Youth Council of Voronezhenergo participated in the conference “Mechanisms to support innovation and technological entrepreneurship and innovations in the social sphere”.
Along with the Voronezh power engineers the conference participants included representatives of regional authorities, universities, business community and public organizations of the Voronezh region. The Youth Council of IDGC of Centre-Voronezhenergo division was represented by engineer of category 1 of operational and technological Service of Grid Control Centre Dmitry Dorovskikh and leading engineer of future development Department Mikhail Ivanov.
The conference format included the work of three sections. Deputy Chairman of Committee on Budget and Taxes of the State Duma, Director of Center for Social Innovations Galina Karelova moderated the section “Support and development of innovations in the social sphere”. In its framework the representatives of IDGC of Centre-Voronezhenergo division discussed the prospects of social entrepreneurship development.
The section “Mechanism of the commercialization of youth projects. The project “Youth Innovation Center” was moderated by Director of NP “Association of technoparks” Andrey Shpilenko. Together with other participants the members of the Youth Council of the division discussed the conditions necessary for the successful creation of start-ups, the principles of creating technologies demanded by the market based on development strategies of leading international companies and backbone enterprises of the Russian Federation.
The section of the Russian Venture Company was dedicated to the tools to support innovation and technological entrepreneurship. At it all the participants considered the experience of attraction of seed investments in projects and other non-financial instruments to support start-ups.
“This event was designed to consolidate the participants of modernization in various areas throughout the Voronezh region. Its main purpose was the dissemination of best practices to support Russian innovative projects and initiatives. The matter of experience to create and efficiently operate innovative centers is the most relevant for IDGC of Centre — Voronezhenergo division. “IDGC of Centre plans to implement the activities of Youth Innovation Centre of the Company — OJSC ‘Center for Innovations and Energy Efficiency ’ in conjunction with the regional government and the Voronezh State University,” — said Deputy Chairman of the Youth Council of Voronezhenergo Dmitry Dorovskikh.
