Customer Service Centre in Torzhok - 3 years with customers

Customer Service Centres of IDGC of Centre — Tverenergo division is in operation since July 2007. For 4 years five centers of the Tver branch of the company have been opened in the city of Tver and the region. In October, Customer Service Center (CSC) in Torzhok ha summed up the three-years of its operation.

The work of CSC is performed in different areas, which allows customers to comprehensively address all relevant issues. Specialists of the Center accept applications for technological connection and power and voltage increase, replacement and sealing of metering devices, maintenance and repair of packaged transformer substations (TS) and conductors (OPL), advice on the payment amount for electricity, the collection of documents for filing applications by natural and legal persons.

CSC operates as a single office, thus greatly reducing the time customers spend on consultations, filing of applications and calls, coordination of documents and contracting.

Customers mark the high quality of service and convenience of the Center, which provides the possibility to conclude agreements on the technological connection, provide information about power failures, cases of unauthorized electricity consumption, as well as receive advice on other matters of interest. Over 3 years Torzhok CSC has received over 7000 calls from residents of Torzhok, Tver, Moscow, Moscow and Tver regions. Of these, 4000 people apply for a technological connection to the grid of the division, over 3500 — with an application to conclude a contract for additional services. The Center’s staff has provided more than two thousand consultations on various issues of the division’s activity. Especially the services of technological connection and replacement of electricity meters are most demanded among the inhabitants of the Tver region.

“The work of employees of Torzhok CSC has repeatedly been praised for prompt and quality service to customers. For three years Centre has received 12 acknowledgments for qualified help in preparing the documentation for technological connections to the electric grid of the division, as well as careful attention to customers”, - noted Head of customer relationship management Office of Tverenergo Tatiana Atanasova.
