From the beginning of this year Kursk power engineers of IDGC of Centre have connected more than 1,100 consumers to the grid of Kurskenergo

For nine months 2011 IDGC of Centre — Kurskenergo division has concluded 1474 agreements on technological connection (TC) for the total capacity of 54.7 MW. 327 TC agreements were signed with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses for the total capacity of 8.22 MW.

From January to September inclusive 2041 applications for technological connections have been filed, which is 22.5% more than the same period last year. The growth in the number of applications the specialists of technological connection Office of the division associate with increased residential construction, business activity of individual entrepreneurs, creating for the public and small businesses favorable conditions for technological connections.

Since the beginning of the year the power engineers have connected 1106 consumers to the grid of Kurskenergo, including 217 representatives of small and medium businesses. The total capacity of the executed contracts for technological connection was 136.5 MW.

Among the largest facilities that have been connected for 9 months 2011 is JSC “Quadra” with 115 MW. The transmission of this capacity was made possible thanks to the commissioning of the reconstructed 110-kV substation “Boiler”. Other major connecte facilities are CJSC "Agrocomplex"Mansurovo" (the construction site of the agricultural site — 1.1 MW), CJSC “Corporation “Green” (hypermarket — 0.9 MW), “Agropromkomplektatsiya-Kursk” LLC (pig complex for 52 000 animal units in Zheleznogorsky district — 1.08 MW), “Agropromkomplektatsiya — Kursk” LLC (in Konyshevsky district — 1.08 MW), APC “Fatezhsky” (site of the sow farm — 0.8 MW).
