Bryanskenergo has concluded a cooperation agreement with trade unions

A cooperation agreement has been entered between IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Bryansk region and Bryansk regional organization of the Public Association “All-Russian Electric Trade Union”. This document is the next step in the development of social policy in the electric grid utilities. The document at the local level implements the provisions outlined in the agreement concluded between the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) and IDGC Holding, which accumulates the best Russian and International experience in labor relations.

The agreement defines the procedure for joint efforts to achieve the strategic objectives and the formation of new system approaches for the implementation of the efficient social policy for employees of Bryanskenergo. The main forms of cooperation will be participation in national and regional events, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, “round tables” and mutual consultations. The parties intend to cooperate in the examination of best practices and social and labor relations and their implementation in joint projects and programs, develop common approaches to the social policy. It is planned to hold regular meetings on topical issues, to communicate for the implementation of the coordinated information policy in the media of the federal and regional levels.

As it was noted by Chairman of the primary trade union organization of Bryanskenergo Sergey Voznesensky, the agreement will promote further development of social partnership and will have a positive impact on social security of employees.
