To improve the quality of interaction with customers a round table was held in IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division on value-added services for corporate clients. During the event, held on the basis of the Lipetsk Customer Service Centre (CSC), the experts of customer interactions management Office of the division told the audience about the additional services provided by the division.
At present, specialists of the division are performing a number activities on construction, operation and repair of street lighting networks, operational and technical management and maintenance of the electrical grid of consumers of 0.4 — 110 kV and power supply networks of third-party customers; repair, maintenance and commissioning of power lines, transformer substations and electrical equipment; installation, replacement, maintenance of metering devices; advice on energy conservation; testing equipment and electrical protection devices.
Among the most popular additional services provided by the division are the installation and replacement of electricity meters. The number of such applications for the period from January to September 2011 has amounted to 91.9% of the total number of calls. During this period16 200 citizens have applied to the Lipetsk branch of the CSC on the arrangement of point of electrical energy metering. This is by 2043 applications more than the same period in 2010.
“Obsolete devices often do not meet the requirements of reliability and safety, but because their use is fraught with serious consequences. After all, not only energy costs, but also the safety of buildings and premises depend on the quality of the meter. Distinctive features of modern meters are high accuracy class and the capability to calculate the electricity tariff by time of use”, — noted Head of Customer Service of the division Andrey Chebotarev.
In total from January to September this year 19 186 applications for additional services have been received in Lipetskenergo, which is 12.6% more than the same period last year. To date, 17 626 contracts have been executed pursuant to the applications.
