The fleet of Kostromaenergo has new vehicles

Vehicles were handed in to operation crews of and Districts of Electrical Networks (DENs) in IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division. Keys to the vehicles were handed in to drivers in a solemn ceremony by Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Kostromaenergo division director Alexander Glebov.

The division purchased a platform truck KAMAZ-4308, a new crane truck, an electrical laboratory truck and UAZ cars. The cars were handed in to operation and repair mobile crews, metering departments of Districts of Electrical Networks of Kostromaenergo. To date, the division’s fleet has 537 pieces of vehicles.

“Thanks to the capabilities of the new vehicles the time to find faults and eliminate technological failures in the electric grid reduces, the operational efficiency of electric installations increases and the work on technological connection of consumers to the grid improves. Until the end of 2011 other pieces of special vehicles will be purchased, which will be used by Districts of Electrical Networks of the division”, — said Head of logistics and procurement Department of Kostromaenergo Evgeniy Paschuk.
