Open Doors Day was held in Rostovsky Customer Care Centre of Yarenergo

Open Doors Day was held in Rostovsky Customer Care Centre (CCC) of IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division. For guests attending the event power engineers conducted a tour of the new premises and the CCC and talked about the work of the Centre.

During the event, residents of the town of Rostov learned about the services that are provided by the division to the public: registration of applications and contracts for technological connection to the electricity network of Yarenergo, advising on power supply and additional services. The latter include the installation, inspection and replacement of meters, maintenance of street lighting network, activities for technological connection in the service area of the customer, installation of energy efficient equipment, testing high voltage equipment, electrical protection gear and other services.

In August, Rostovsky CCC celebrated its four years’ anniversary. Since the opening the Center ‘staff have received 4915 customer calls. In the period from August 2010 to August 2011 recorded 1276 calls have been registered. 929 people have visited the CCC in person, others have preferred to call indirectly — using 24/7 direct Power line at 8-800-50-50-115 (toll free) and via the Internet reception on the company’s website at www.mrsk-1.ru. About 400 customers have filed their applications for technological connection to the grid of the division.
