An open day was held in Customer Care Centres and DEN of Smolenskenergo. The company’s customers were able to see a list of additional services of Smolenskenergo for natural and legal persons and the terms and conditions of their provision. During the day the division’s experts answered visitors’ questions and provided complete information regarding installation, replacement, testing of meters, maintenance and construction of grids of street lighting, operation and maintenance of electrical grids, electrical appliances testing and removal of restrictions on land use. As part of the open day the customers have received answers to questions relating to additional services: they found out the timeframe and cost of additional services of the division.
Smolenskenergo provides a wide range of additional services, but the promising direction in the development of additional services continues to be replacement, installation, inspection of connection diagrams of metering devices. There is strong demand for operation and technical management and maintenance of electrical grids. 5 201 contracts for the provision of additional services have been concluded for seven months in 2011 that is 1864 contracts more than the same period last year.
