For the first seven months 2011 IDGC of Centre — Yarenergo division has received more than 41 thousand customer calls that is 24,5 thousand more than the same period of 2010.
The high pace of construction and infrastructure development in the Yaroslavl region have led to increased number of applications for technological connections (TC) to the power grids of the division. During the reporting period 2915 customers that is 20% more than for 7 months of last year have submitted applications to be connected to the division’s grid. The installed capacity has reached 101MW. 2216 contracts for technological connections were signed with the total capacity of 57.7 MW.
Additional services provided by the division are also in demand. 5433 customers have applied for the installation and replacement of meters, 596 customers — for support of the technological connection procedure. A number of customers applied for the power men for the implementation of activities related to testing and diagnosis of electrical equipment and removal of electrical networks, owned by customers. In total additional services in Yarenergo were requested by 6 652 customers.
Regular events to inform customers about the main activities of the company are held in Yarenergo. Since the beginning of the year the specialists of the division have consulted about a thousand people. The main issues were related to technological connections, electric energy delivery and value added services.
