Pursuant to the presidential decree for significant contribution to the development of power industry, labor achievements and many years of diligent work the honorary title “Honored Power Men of the Russian Federation” was given to the electrician of a crew of Dobrinsky district electrical networks, Nikolay Kapustin, and to the electrician of repair overhead power lines of the power lines service of Lebedyansky district of high-voltage grid Office of IDGC of Centre — Lipetskenergo division, Mikhail Cherepannikov. The presentation of the state awards to the specialists of the division was held at a ceremonial event.
Nikolay Kapustin’s length of work in Lipetskenergo is 33 years. The power man was directly involved in the modernization of distribution networks of Dobrinsky district of the Lipetsk region. During his work he has proved to be highly responsible and professional, fluent in various types of repairs and maintenance of distribution networks. Nikolay Kapustin is one of the few people who know details of all transformer substations located in the district. His expertise helped quickly solve the most complex tasks. Today Nikolay is retired.
Mikhail Cherepannikov has been in the electrical utilities over 27 years. Among the first he took part in the modernization of overhead power lines in Lebedyansky, Krasninsky, Dankovsky, Leo Tolstovsky and Chaplyginsky districts of the Lipetsk region. The years of work in the power industry were a real test of strength for him, which he went with dignity, demonstrating daily dedication to the profession.
