The number of calls of clients to IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division increased

3, 5 000 applications were received for technological connections to the networks of the division. The interest of clients has considerably increased for Voronezhenergo value-added services.  So, for the first half 2011 12 000 calls from customers were received by the division for value-added services.  This is nearly 63 % more to the value of the same period in2010.

Voronezhenergo provides a wide range of value-added services: design, installation of replacement of metering devices and support of new connection procedure.  Power men of the division operate and maintain power grids of 0, 4-110 kV customers, inspect high voltage equipment and electrical protection devices, lifting of restrictions for land lot usage.  The division informs clients with Internet web-site, Customer Care Centres and power men show their activity at exhibitions.

“In February 2011 Voronezh power men together with business community of Russia, CIS and non-CIS states, federal and regional authorities presented their division at the biggest Congress and Exhibition of the Central Black Soil Region - IV Voronezh Industrial Forum.  During three days specialists of Voronezhenergo responded to questions about new connections, reduction of spending on operation and repair of equipment, told about usage of “smart” technologies of electric energy metering and energy saving, informed potential customers about available value-added services”, - told Olga Parinova, chief of department  on interaction with customers of the division.
