Today, 5 April, a round table on “Protecting the rights of participants in energy markets: theoretical and practical issues” was held at the Museum of Mosenergo and Moscow’s energy industry, which was attended by representatives of the fuel and energy industry community. The event was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Law, Professor Valery A. Musin.
In the first part of the event, the participants familiarized themselves with the exhibition of works by Valery Musin, a memorial stand, devoted to the most significant events of his life, as well as materials about the Russian legal prize named after Valery Musin for contribution to the development of energy law. The second part of the round table was devoted to discussions on the protection of the rights of participants in energy markets. The participants exchanged views on topical issues on the agenda of the event.
“The system of legal regulation in the fuel and energy sector has been developed for a considerable time and now continues to be improved and updated in accordance with the current realities. The today’s event is a platform for a constructive exchange of expert opinions, searching for answers to questions relevant to the industry community,” said Igor Makovskiy.
