IDGC of Centre summed up the results of work on connection of customers to electric grids for five months of 2018. In the reporting period, the company performed 13.8 thousand grid connection contracts, the total connected capacity under the executed contracts was 268 MW.
IDGC of Centre makes a significant contribution to the implementation in the regions of its responsibility (11 subjects of the Central Federal District) of significant economic projects and social programs. Since the beginning of the year, the company’s specialists have provided power supply to dozens of industrial enterprises, social and housing construction facilities.
Among the large projects realized since the beginning of the year by the Orel branch of IDGC of Centre is the second, final stage of grid connection of a production facility of JSC "HMS Livgidromash" with a total maximum capacity of 20 MW, which produces pumping equipment for oil refining and transportation of oil products. Specialists of Orelenergo not only fully satisfied the needs of "Livgidromash" in electricity, but also took on the further provision of its reliable power supply. For this purpose, the branch within the framework of the relevant agreement took over the functions of operational maintenance and operation of the substation supplying the enterprise.
""Livgidromash" is one of the largest in Russia manufacturers of pumping equipment for water supply, heat and power engineering, agriculture and other industries. Fully providing the plant with the necessary power for its normal operation, IDGC of Centre contributed to the growth of the volume of tax deductions to the regional budget and the development of the region as a whole," says the head of the Livensky district administration Yury Revin.
In the Belgorod region IDGC of Centre completed the grid connection of the first stage of the pharmaceutical plant of the company "Advance Pharmaceuticals" (the volume of connected capacity is 1 MW), located in the territory of the first industrial park of the region "Severny". The initial production of the plant will be 500 million tablets and capsules and 100 tons of pellets from tuberculosis and HIV. The power supply of the enterprise is provided by the grid infrastructure constructed by Belgorod power engineers in the territory of the industrial park.
In addition, the Belgorod branch of the company ensured the delivery of 2 MW capacity to a meat processing complex for slaughter and primary processing of pork of LLC "AC "PromAgro" in Stary Oskol and completed the first stage of the grid connection of agricultural facilities of ZAO "Krasnoyaruzhskaya Grain Company" in the village of Petrovka in Belgorodsky district. Specialists of the branch connected the facilities of the grain company with a total capacity of 800 kW.
"The Holding "PromAgro" is one of the largest developing companies in our region. As part of the grid connection of the new meat processing complex in Stary Oskol, we carried out a significant amount of work: at the 110 kV "Obukhovskaya" substation, from which it is powered, current transformers were replaced, 300 metres of cable lines were constructed and a two-transformer substation was installed," says the chief of Starooskolsky Distribution Zone of Belgorodenergo Andrey Kostennikov.
In 2018, IDGC of Centre continues to make a significant contribution to the implementation of state targeted programs in the field of housing construction. Specialists of the Tambovenergo branch in April completed the first stage of grid connection of a new micro-district in the southern part of the regional centre, which is being built as part of the federal program "Housing for the Russian Family". In total, there were three residential buildings built for 446 apartments with a total living area of 25 thousand square metres. In addition, the energy company is working to provide the power grid infrastructure for several new large micro-districts in the north of Tambov. In particular, we are talking about the grid connection of individual housing construction facilities in the "Maisky" micro-district, built within the framework of the federal program "State Support to Large Families", which provides for allocation of land plots on a free basis.
The Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre actively contributes to the implementation of the "Program for providing affordable and comfortable housing and public services for residents of the Belgorod region for 2014-2020". In 2018, the energy company will supply power to 1,289 individual housing construction sites, of which 214 are provided to large families. In addition, specialists of Belgorodenergo will perform connection to the grid of the second stage of multi-apartment residential buildings built in the south-western part of Belgorod within the framework of the regional project "New Life". The project provides for the construction of housing for young professionals and their families. The maximum capacity of four new buildings will be 0.85 MW. The work is planned to be completed by the end of the year.
The Belgorod power engineers contribute to the implementation of the regional program for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing stock and the long-term target program of housing construction for orphans and children left without parental care. Since the beginning of the year, within the framework of these programs, they have connected four apartment buildings to the grid.
