IDGC of Centre summed up the results of the implementation of the investment program of 2017. During this period, the company commissioned 544 MVA of capacity, which is 64 MVA higher than the planned value, and 3,845 km of power lines, exceeding the plan by 374 kilometres.
The volume of financing of the program amounted to 14.2 billion rubles (including VAT) - 103% of the planned volume. More than 8 billion rubles were spent on technical re-equipment and reconstruction, 5.8 billion rubles - on construction of new and expansion of existing facilities.
As part of the investment program of 2017, IDGC of Centre modernized a number of large feeding centres that are significant for the socio-economic development of its regions of activity (11 subjects of the Central Federal District).
Among them there are the Belgorod 35-110 kV substations "Pushkarnaya", "Malinovka", "Belyanka", "Sheino". "Pushkarnaya" provides electricity to consumers of the city of Stary Oskol, "Malinovka" is a key feeding centre for settlements of Rakityansky district of the Belgorod region, as well as enterprises of a large agro-industrial holding "BEZRK Belgrankorm". The substation "Sheino" provides reliable power supply of Korochansky district: populated areas, a chalk processing plant, boiler houses, schools, water intake wells and new dairy farms of a large regional agricultural holding GC "Green Dale". The reconstruction of the substation "Belyanka" was carried out with the aim of increasing the reliability of power supply to settlements of Shebekinsky district and a poultry factory located there, as well as to eliminate the power shortage after connecting a poultry site and an incubation shop of another large agricultural enterprise - LLC "Belyanka" to the grid of the branch.
In addition, last year the Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre completed the project to improve the reliability of power supply to consumers of Shebekinsky and Belgorodsky districts, providing for the reconstruction and mutual reservation of the 35-110 kV adjacent substations "Murom" and "New Tavolzhanka". The additional modernization of these and two other feeding centres - "Shebekino" and "Cheremoshnoye" - ensured reliable power supply to more than 34 thousand consumers of Shebekinsky district and facilities of large enterprises of the agro-industrial complex: agrarian and industrial companies "BEZRK Belgrankorm", CJSC "White Bird", OJSC "Belgorod Bacon" and etc.
The most large-scale project for the Lipetsk branch of IDGC of Centre in the past year was the reconstruction of the 110 kV "Privokzalnaya" substation in the regional centre, which, in particular, supplies the Central City Clinical Hospital, the Zvezdny Sports Palace and the railway station. In the Yaroslavl region the company reconstructed the 110 kV substations "Lugovaya" and "Yartsevo". Consumers of "Lugovaya" are residents of the municipal district of the same name and enterprises located there, in particular the poultry farm "Volzhanin", one of the largest chicken egg producers in Central Russia. The substation "Yartsevo" located in Yaroslavl is a transit substation with the Kostroma energy system and provides electricity to residential micro-districts, the Yaroslavl Shipyard and sewage treatment plants of the city water utility, which are of paramount importance for the life support of the regional centre. The completion of its reconstruction is in 2018.
Orelenergo in the third quarter of last year completed the reconstruction of the 110/10 kV substation "Volodarskaya", which supplies electricity to settlements and enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in the Orlovsky district and 10 kV indoor switchgear of the 220/110/10 kV substation "Mtsensk", the main consumers of which are the Orel- Kursk branch of the Moscow railway and a number of metalworking plants.
In 2017 Bryanskenergo performed the expansion of the 110 kV substations "Dyatkovskaya" and "Bezhitskaya", which feed consumers of the Dyatkovo municipal district and Bezhitsky district of Bryansk.
Specialists of the branch "Tverenergo" constructed more than 20 kilometres of 10 kV overhead and cable lines in 2017 and reconstructed more than two kilometres of overhead lines to ensure the energy needs of the section of the M-11 Moscow-St. Petersburg high-speed federal highway passing through Bologovsky, Torzhoksky and Kalininsky districts of the Tver region. The power lines connected power installations of the new road with feeding centres of Tverenergo.
The implementation of IDGC of Centre’s investment program allows improving the quality and reliability of electricity supply for consumers in 11 constituents of the Central Federal District, and contributes significantly to the social and economic development of these regions.
