IDGC of Centre’s team is among the winners of the Rosseti professional skills competitions in Astrakhan

15 September 2017, in Astrakhan the Interregional Competitions of Professional Skills of personnel of subsidiaries of "Rosseti" on electricity metering were summed up. The energy companies representing IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region showed decent results. Based on the results of all stages, IDGC of Centre’s team, which included specialists from Belgorodenergo, took the second place.

The results of the tournament were determined by the stage for the detection of sources of electricity losses in 0.4 kV lines. The knowledge and skills of the team were tested in real conditions: the crews detected non-metered and non-contractual consumption of electric energy with consumers - legal entities and individuals. Representatives of law enforcement agencies and security services of IDGC of South visited the facilities with each team.

The result of IDGC of Centre’s team - 94.2 points - the highest figure at the stage. The total score for all days is 529.2. The team of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region - Nizhnovenergo earned 86.5 points at the practical stage, in total - 458.5 points.

"Our company has high standards in the organization of work on the metering of electrical energy and the fight against losses. Therefore, the today’s result is a high assessment not only of the actions of the team, but of the entire system of work that has been developed in IDGC of Centre," stressed Evgenia Kabanova, Deputy General Director for Sale and Development of Services.

During the ceremony the power engineers of IDGC of Centre were also marked in additional nominations. "Best in the profession" was Alexander Chuev - an electrician for operation of electricity meters of the branch "Belgorodenergo". Maxim Titov, a master of the energy loss optimization department of Belgorodenergo, was noted as the youngest participant.

Please, be reminded that 14 teams of subsidiaries of PJSC "Rosseti" took part in the professional skills competitions of crews for electrical energy metering, which took place from 12 to 15 September in Astrakhan.
