Branches of IDGC of Centre confirm the status of high social efficiency organizations

Another branch of IDGC of Centre, Kostromaenergo, became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian contest "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency". Kostroma power engineers excelled in four competitive categories: "For the promotion of healthy lifestyles in the production sector organizations", "For the development of social partnership in the production sector organizations", "For the development of human resources in the production sector organizations", "For the reduction of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the production sector organizations". During the award ceremony, which took place in the administration of the Kostroma region, Deputy Governor Ivan Korsun handed diplomas and prizes to the head of the HR department of Kostromaenergo Nadezhda Muravyeva.

The contest "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" is organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of federal and regional bodies of executive power, All-Russian associations of employers and trade unions, and has been held since 2009. Kostromaenergo is its permanent participant, and always succeeds. For example, this year the company completely repeated the achievement of 2015: then in all four categories mentioned, it was also recognized as the best at the regional stage.

Earlier, it was reported that this year the winners of the contest included two branches of the company - Kurskenergo and Belgorodenergo. Kurskenergo was recognized as the best in the region in the nomination "Promotion of healthy lifestyles in the production sector organizations". Belgorodenergo won in the category "Human resource development in the production sector organizations". And the Yaroslavl branch of IDGC of Centre became the winner of the contest in the nomination "For the creation and development of jobs in the production sector organizations" and "For the participation in solving social problems of territories and development of corporate philanthropy".

For IDGC of Centre such results are natural. The Company tries to create for employees the most favourable conditions of work and rest, providing them with the opportunity for professional growth and realization of creative abilities. The company’s employees are involved in corporate and regional sports competitions and creative contests. In 2015, more than 20 thousand employees of IDGC of Centre received professional training.
