Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre received a certificate of trust to the employer

11 March 2016

Head of the State Labour Inspectorate in the Belgorod region Alexey Puptsev gave the "Certificate of trust to the employer" within the framework of the declaration of enterprises to implement the labour rights of employees and employers to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre – Belgorodenergo division director Sergey Demidov.

Obtaining the certificate indicates the company’s entry in the register of employers who ensure provision of safe working conditions and full respect for workers’ rights. Its effect is calculated for three years, during which the branch can count on full information, advice and due diligence in matters of labour relations, as well as exemption from routine inspections for compliance with legal requirements.

The project started in 2010 on the initiative of the Belgorod State Labour Inspectorate and with the participation of the regional employers’ association "Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Belgorod region", the Belgorod Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the regional association of trade union organizations. One of the main criteria for entry in the register is the absence of occupational injuries.

The high level of compliance with the labour legislation in Belgorodenergo indicates the presence of a high-grade multi-level system of internal technical control, ensuring the necessary degree of organization of industrial, fire and environmental safety. This process involves every employee, from top executives and ending with electricians. The main directions of the policy in the field of labour protection are the preservation of life and health of personnel, improvement of occupational safety and injury prevention. In 2015 more than 71 million rubles were sent for this purpose.

Belgorodenergo got in the register of bona fide employers for the first time in 2011, the certificate was presented to the management of the branch by Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation Alexander Safonov.
