IDGC of Centre reviewed the interim results of implementation of the core production programs. Implementation of the repair program is exceeding the schedule by 32%. The cost of implementation of the repair program amounted to 26,633 thousand rubles. 7.6 kilometres of 35-110 kV overhead power lines (Conductors), 161.2 kilometres of 0.4-10 kV lines, and 91 transformer substations were repaired. To carry out repairs modern technologies and materials are used, which contributes to a significant increase in the level of operating reliability and electrical equipment performance.
The program to clear ROWs is being performed in excess of the targets by 29.5%. In accordance with the consolidated reporting data IDGC of Centre has cleared the ROWs of overhead lines in the area of 485 hectares.
The program to widen ROWs of power lines is being performed in accordance with the plan. In total, in 2016 IDGC of Centre plans to widen the ROWs in the area of 2,281 hectares.
The effectiveness of the implementation of the core production programs in IDGC of Centre is achieved through the use of innovative methods of production management in terms of organization and implementation of production programs, taking into account the technical condition and the consequences of failure of electric grid facilities.
To do this, IDGC of Centre created the first in the electric grid complex of Russia and one of the most efficient production asset management systems. The production asset management system in IDGC of Centre allows creating a unified and accurate database of electric grid facilities, including diagnostic measurements, defects and hazards data, automation of processes of planning and control of production programs of the branches, monitoring and analysis of impact of implementation of targeted programs to enhance reliability, etc. Data on more than 16.8 million pieces of equipment, 27 million functional locations, 370 million measurements, 2.6 million reports of defects are constantly updated in the enterprise management system, more than 9 thousand specialists are connected to the system.
