General Director of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev received a letter of thanks from the head of the administration of Rossoshansky municipal district of the Voronezh region Ivan Aleynik. The head of the municipality thanked the head of the company for the great contribution to development of the energy industry of the region, high professionalism and many years of dedicated work to ensure reliable power supply to customers of Rossoshansky municipal district, as well as efficient cooperation with subordinate organizations.
The Voronezh region is one of the largest in the Central Black Earth Region: its area is 52.4 thous. km2, and the population is 2.3 mln people. IDGC of Centre provides in the region transmission, distribution of electrical energy for industry and agriculture, social sector and the public. This year the company has carried out in the Voronezh region construction of new and modernization of existing power facilities with a total capacity of 265 MVA, performed construction and renovation of more than 270 kilometres of power lines.
The total volume of capital investments, envisaged by the investment program of the Voronezh branch of IDGC of Centre in 2015 amounted to over 1 billion rubles. The largest project was construction of the 110 kV substation "Kursk" (project name) in Semiluksky district worth about 200 million rubles. The power facility is being constructed in the execution of obligations under the grid connection contract of a fodder plant of LLC "Voronezhmyasoprom" - a major investment project in the agricultural sector, work is planned to be completed by the end of the year. IDGC of Centre signed an agreement on the support of agrarian and industrial enterprises with the Government of the Voronezh region in August 2014. This agreement, in particular, provided favourable conditions for connection to power grids of the food industry and agriculture, which are recipients of state (regional) support.
Among other significant projects of IDGC of Centre, implemented in the Voronezh region in the current year - the modernization of 110 kV substations №№ №28, 42 and 43 in Voronezh and 110 kV substation "Maslovskaya" in Novousmansky municipal district. The reconstruction of these power facilities has allowed to improve reliability of electricity supply to customers, among them - large industrial enterprises, housing development projects, shopping centres, and provide conditions for new grid connections.
