IDGC of Centre contributes to the implementation of a regional housing program in the Kursk region

IDGC of Centre, PJSC provided power supply to the first stage of a new neighbourhood being built in the village of Great Soldiers of the Kursk region. The project envisages the construction of forty houses with a total living space of 5,200 square meters. In the first stage for less than a year houses with a total area of 2,605 square metres were built, which were promptly connected to the grid by experts of the Kursk branch of the company.

Power supply of new buildings is carried out from transformer substation # 204 of 160 kVA. The power engineers in the shortest possible time performed work to install a 0.4 kV overhead line, allowing the developer to quickly supply the necessary amount of power of 120kW. When installing safe modern self-supporting insulated wire was used, which is characterized by high reliability and long service life.

At the opening of the first phase of the micro-district Governor of the Kursk region Alexander Mikhailov thanked the management of IDGC of Centre, representatives of other project participants for their assistance in the implementation of the regional housing program, which is designed to play an important role in rural development and improvement of the socio-economic situation of the Kursk region in general.

To supply power to the second stage of the micro-district specialists of IDGC of Centre will install a transformer substation with a power transformer of 160 kVA, construct more than a kilometre of a 0.4-10 kV overhead line. The construction of the facilities is scheduled for completion early next year.
